So I finnished a painting today.
Took me about 6hrs in total.
Decided to let some people over at the Anargo Sector Project ( [link] ) use it for their project.

Alpha Legion Chaos Space Marine.
Decided to keep him more cleancut then normal Chaos Space Marines, as the Alpha Legion is known to pose as loyalists and pull other tricks to outmanouver agents of the Imperium.

now that's some outstanding chaos marine painting.
For the first time I see a depiction of an Alpha Legion marine that completely falls into my vision of these guys.

Simply excellent. As you've told me before regarding some of my images, I can't find anything I don't like about this illustration. I think what I like the most is that it is very dark, but not killing the tones of the Alpha Legion...

Well, I've looked through your gallery - that is improvement indeed!))
I especially like the colouring and shading, it makes the picture highly realistic.

What happened to pink fluffy bunnies and rainbows? Honestly, I do not recognize you anymore :P

I like this one better that the one in brown tones I say the day before yesterday, fixing up the armour this way really did make a difference. I do love the glow that comes from the skull on the left shoulderfplate, really feels like it is rigged with LEDs or something similar.
